About GenX Rocks
GenX Rocks is a daily blog about the vinyl, cassettes, concerts and radio that Gen X grew up inside.
It's written for people born roughly between 1975 and 1985, and it assumes you were there. These stories are pieces of our shared history, from the records we wore out to the radio we waited on, and I hope you find them as interesting and as nostalgic as I do.
A new one goes up almost every day. If something is wrong or missing, tell me at info@genx.rocks.
You can read everything without signing up but if you'd like to hear about new stories, sign up here; it's free and takes only an email address. Which record would you take to a desert island?
